SHIPPING:

Order numbers are sent via email after purchase once item has been shipped. Order processing is generally 1-2 days and fulfilled in the order that they are received however, under certain circumstances, shipping time CAN be delayed due to many factors including but not limited to high volume, postal issues, and/or environmental factors. In the event that you input wrong information when placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours directly at thepleasureasylum@gmail.com as The Pleasure Asylum is not responsible for items sent to incorrect/invalid addresses.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL with certain exceptions. If your order is returned to us, we will reship (for a reshipping fee minus 20% of the total order price) once original item has been returned. Shipping cost will not be refunded. We always appreciate your patience and support and are always doing our best to ship orders in the most timely manner as possible.
