SHIPPING:
Order numbers are sent via email after purchase once item has been shipped. All orders are processed in the order that they are received but under certain circumstances, it can take up to 3 business days for your order to process before being shipped. In the even that you input wrong information when placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours directly at thepleasureasylum@gmail.com. Shipping time CAN be delayed due to many factors including but not limited to high volume, postal issues, and/or environmental factors. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL with certain exceptions. If your order is returned to us because an inadequate address we will reship (for a reshipping fee) once original item has been returned or refund if the customer is unresponsive. Shipping cost will not be refunded. We always appreciate your patience and support and are always doing our best to ship orders in the most timely manner as possible.
